hi, I have made some changes to the apache 1.3.20 source in order to
accomodate for running child processes as different users/groups.
I would like to know what people think of what I've done, and hopefully I
won't make an ass of myself.
The attached zip contains a README which is pretty much explains everything
I've done; other than that, what you will find in the zip is probably not
what you expect since I didn't really do this the proper way.
