Here are couple of patches to give Apache2 same behavior as 1.3 on WIN9x
platforms.
I've added addition function to Win9xConHook named
Windows9xServiceCtrl2Handler, which returns thread handle and thhread id. It
is required to fill the globdat struct, but IMHO this could be excluded.
I've tested the patch for all the events (LOGOFF, SHUTDOWN and CLOSE)
started as service or as console app.
