A number of things have surfaced since you brought up the
rolling, Bill. If we tag now, I think we're going to
tag again to 1.3.22 within a fortnight. FWIW, and not
that it should hold up the 1.3.21 tagging. Just don't
anyone expect that 1.3.21 will be The Last 1.3 release.. :-)
