This looks like we've died in mod_mime or mod_mime_magic, since there was no
r->filename to parse. mod_jk may wish to set up a dummy filename (which should
be relative, and should _never_ hit the core map_to_storage checker)
We should uncover any module who fails to test r->filename for null, however.
