Actually, most of the new functions that were introduced in mod_ssl do not
have any prototypes defined in the header file :-(.. I'll try to clean it up
ASAP (unless somebody beats me to it)..

yeah.  Disable mod-ssl, and they should all go away.  :-)  These
are problems with OpenSSL, not Apache.  There isn't much
we can do about these.
