Yep, 2.0.28 is also failing some of the includes tests as they
currently exist in httpd-test/perl-framework. However, those
are real failures, not protocol errors, so maybe Ryan's change
has something to do with it.
As far as that goes, notice that 2.0.28 fails some of the mod_cgi
subtests as well -- but only on the worker MPM; prefork seems
okey CGI-wise.
