Okay, I'll try to do that.
Also, if we can point out that the same controls always existed
(though you had to recompile Apache instead of just tweak the config
file), perhaps the largest set of people won't fret over it ("I never
had to change HARD_SERVER_LIMIT so I guess I don't care about
ServerLimit").
