Huh?  No ... maybe a long time ago, but now it is digging up performance
metrics and so forth from the cpu (I'm certain - had to fix some older 
SSL code that assumed we had the opcodes - they are so recent that older
MSVCs asm{} blocks couldn't parse them.)
