My SNAFU with no -lpthread notwithstanding, I can assure you that at
least *I* have had more time to work on 2.0 thanks to Jim's
AcceptMutex work in 1.3 :)

That unresolved Solaris problem with fcntl and SiteMinder?  "The
workaround is to use AcceptMutex foo."

That problem with AcceptMutex pthread where once we fixed the code to
close a timing window we aren't always able to kill idle children?
