Is there some doc explaining how APIs have changed from 1.3.x to 2.0 to make it easier to port things?
e.g what ap_hard_timeout/ap_kill_timeout are now? I'm trying to figure out most of the things from looking at the existing code bases, but such a doc will definitely help. Is it possible to create a file with three columns like: 1.3_func 2.0_func 2.0_header_file -------- -------- --------------- (header_file optionally) or would it be too much work? docs/manual/developer/API.html seems to be very outdated.
