Here's the quote from the page:

"Apache 2.0 has been running on the Apache.org website since December of 2000
and has proven to be very reliable."

That's pretty misleading.  Apache 2.0 might have been up for a while in December
2000 on somebody's test account, but it wasn't reliable enough to put into
production until February 2001.
