Oy vey! The include directory thing is a cute little feature that is not really needed by anyone. (The same effect can be easily replicated with a little preprocessing by some shell scripts.) If you start to add this, there will be no end of adjustments and tweaks. As I said in the bug report, the only idea that makes any sense to me is Include directory/*.conf which should work pretty much anywhere and exclude all the garbage. Joshua.
