Yes and no. The two filter stacks share no data at all, so it is perfectly safe to call ap_get_brigade on both filter stacks. However, we can't poll based on filter stacks (while it is technically possible, it is VERY difficult to do, and nobody has bothered to implement it yet). This means that you will really be calling one filter stack and then the other until you have all of the data.
