Can anyone confirm or deny this?  Seems like it should be trivial to fix
if correct.

Proxy crash in mod_proxy.c, function proxy_map_location():

   |        return DECLINED;

r->filename points to NULL, cause strncmp access to
violation exception (0xC0000005).

Bug also in apache 2.0.39 in same place.
