unknown dll in win95 keeps server unusable.

Im sorry I have to bother but I am an user of Apache on Linux since a long
time ago. Now, for circunstances that are far away from me, I need to use
the server on a Win95 box. However, I cannot make it run properly since it
says that a dll is missing: "ws2_32.dll" so I think that something is not
installed on the system. Does anyone know how can I solve the problem?.
