It seems to me that the thing called apache_1.3.29-win32-x86-no_src.exe is actually an .msi file, not an .exe.
It also looks to be identical to the -src version. Could someone who understands this stuff please take a look at dist/binaries/win32 and at download.cgi. Thanks. Joshua.
