.. well I didn't SIGTERM / send any signals to swamp. Infact, I had sslswamp run 
continously for 10 minutes - and the errors start showing up as soon as 20 seconds. I 
attached a debugger to mod_ssl - and found that the brigade contained just the EOF 
bucket. I'll try tcpdump/tusc to see if I get more info.
