I believe that we've rec'd quite a few +1s on the issue of moving apache-1.3 to subversion and no -1s. Let's give it a few more days, but unless we hear otherwise, we should consider making it official Monday or so (the 24th). At that point, we can ask the infrastructure team to perform the required magic. :)
