just FYI, APACHE_MPM_DIR was removed in favor of naming the specific MPM in -V ouput. see http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/httpd-2.0/server/main.c?r1=1.147&r2=1.148 and the discussion starting here http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=apache-httpd-dev&m=106920092727368&w=2 the decsion to remove it seemed to based on nobody needing it, so I guess if you have a real need that can't be satisfied by the existing information then it's cool to put it back. --Geoff
