I think that is part of the confusion, at least for me - while I understand the 2.1/2.0 process, I feel always at a loss as to how to proceed with 1.3. for example, I just posted a backport to from 2.0 to 1.3 that at least one other committer (rasmus) thought was a good idea. where does it go for votes? --Geoff
