Refreshing the /server-status page showed: Acc 3, Wr 0, Rd 0.
I assume the 'Acc' count is correct but 'Wr' and 'Rd' are (most likely) incorrect. This was done using a CVS build of 2.1 httpd on NetWare.
This is work in progress. I'm having second thoughts on the counting rd/wr altogether. Initial reason was to be able to balance upon the network traffic, but since we can have filters in front like compression or encryption, it's a bad idea after all.
If someone could confirm this is a 'bug'.
Well It's not a bug since It's not finished :). If using http protocol instead ajp, do you getting also all zeros?

Not finished? Not a bug then, as you suggest! At least as far as I can see with proxy_ajp, this is about its only 'issue' I've found, so I thought it was near enough to being finished.
Haven't tried proxy_http since I only got into mod_proxy from working on mod_jk2... however, I will have a look at setting up a second Apache and see what I can see.
Thanks for the very quick reply,
