I thought there was a page about this at http.apache.org, but it's not
under the "getting involved" link where it should be ....
1. Answer questions on the mailinglists and other fora.
2. Read the bugs database. Find entries which are genuine bugs or
feature requests that make sense and patch them.
3. Write some documentation.
4. Grep the source for FIXME and TODO.
5. Read the STATUS file in the source.
6. Contribute ideas here.
7. Pay folks to work on it.
