Ok, nevermind :)Apparently we need to inject the net_time_filter if we intend to implement timeouts. This module is -not- injected by connection,
it's injected for http requests.
Obviously, something we should consider changing for httpd-2.2. There's hardly a protocol which doesn't need timeout control. Bill
