That's:

    * mod_proxy_http: Fix PR38602 (Keep Alive not workwing with mod_proxy (New
      socket created for every request proxied))

I see another proposal in STATUS that looks like much the same thing:

    * mod_proxy_http: Fix PR38524 (mod_proxy(_http) does not send keep-alive
      headers)
      Trunk version of patch:
         http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs?rev=377053&view=rev
         http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs?rev=377057&view=rev
         http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs?rev=377525&view=rev
      Backport version for 2.2.x of patch:
         Trunk version of patch works
      +1: rpluem, jim

Taken together, that's quite a lot to review. Is there discussion in the
archives that would give a quick-overview of how these two proposals
relate to each other, and why they're separate?
