FYI, I am going to go through and start closing off in the JIRA bug
tracking system issues fixed in mod_python 3.3. There are 96 in total
in the resolved category which need to be closed. I'll do them in
groups over the next few days to lesson the spam factor.

Once that is done I 'll start adding a bunch of new issues related to
changes that could/should be made to mod_python based on what I have
worked out implementing mod_wsgi, plus some other issues that have
been brought up on the mailing list in the last couple of months and
that I can still remember or have emails in my inbox about.

With that out of the way we can see whether anyone is interested in
doing any more changes to mod_python or whether people are moderately
happy with its current stability.
