What about "ProcessAllMimeTypes" or "TranslateAllMimeTypes" or
something like that. "Force" isn't very self-descriptive.
Other ideas?
I struggled with the option name, I'm open to TranslateAllMimeTypes.
Will change and propose for backport if we don't see a better proposal
this afternoon.
