It does not, its crafted from libtool-junk last time I looked, and requires apr similarly provisioned (apr-config script et al). Better that we recraft Randy's work into an apr bit, and apu bit (and submit those over to apr), and either "fix" the libtool-specific crap in apxs.in, or use Randy's httpd bits as well. Bill
