todos for 2.3.1-alpha

my short list of things it would be nice to get done before rolling a 
2.3.1-alpha:

- Confirm trunk Win32 build works
- Fixup dtrace build issues
- Solidify the configuration changes going on in auth{n,z}_core.
- rename mod_wombat to mod_luau
- more documentation :)
Anything else anyone thinks would be good to get in?
