So far I've just moved it from infra, added documentation and hence put put it in like this (taking mod_fcgid as example). This module is 2.2 compliant. My consideration was to move it to aaa when porting it to 2.4 -- but this porting has aroused a lot of inner resistance: * From what I gather, an aaa module in 2.4 can only return 403, not 405. * Require's ``not'' is handled by authz_core, which, this enables users to configure the (almost) same (silly) constellations as with Limit/LimitExcept * How to handle ``reset''?
