I might think about that before long. :)  As the next beta is
presumably waiting for apr 1.4.next/apr-util 1.3.next I'm guessing we
have some more days.

What I really want is some time to think only about fcgid and some
in-progress work there and what is important+achievable before 2.4 GA.
