Hello again, This one is quite simple in that there are simply no Unix file permissions in Windows for sure, Netware and OS/2 assumed.
Attached patch keeps this module from failing to load due to unix permission setting. This is a interesting one, if one is using slotmem_shm there is no problem, but it does have a file based backup mode (wish most using slotmem_shm did since I am having problems in proxy_balancer with slotmem_shm) and that is when us Windows folks run into a problem.
