Interesting, something to fix... we've been quieting down these
errors to debug level (a behavior by a specific client/user that
does not indicate action required by the server admin). Either
we looked for literal APR_ETIMEOUT instead of testing with the
APR_STATUS_IS_... macro family, or we just missed this one.
