But why is mod_status required? mod_status doesn't export any symbols besides status_module and ap_run_status_hook, and mod_heartbeat doesn't reference those. (If it has a behavior requirement, which isn't clear to me, there's no LoadModule ordering issue. (yeah, why don't I/luser just try it myself :) )
