As you all know, we moved the skiplist stuff to APR, and considering that Event is likely the best MPM to use in 2.4.x, the T&R of 2.4.7 is on a hold until APR 1.5 is out.
HOWEVER, this does allow us for some more time to get trunk and 2.4 in sync, as well as vote on some of the proposed backports in STATUS. *hint* *hint*
