Ensure you compiled and linked with -pthread or -pthreads or whatever the
option is. I've seen this type of error when a shared library pulls in the
thread library, but the main executable that either dlopen'ed the shared
library or that has it as a dependency was not itself compiled with
-pthread. Just a guess but it would be the first thing I looked for.
