I think that you're asking for mod_ssl to add an openssl-specific directory to its rpath. in general, i would discourage this; at the least, it needs to be an option that can be easily disabled during ./configure -- libssl and libcrypto should be in the usual system library path, and hard-coding a specific location makes system maintenance unpredictable and more difficult than it needs to be.
