2.4.17 test failure for mod_http2 (test 30-31, misdirected)

Is this expected for 2.4? I didn't find anything about this in the 
trace8 error log.

Any hints how to debug? I was using OpenSSL 1.0.2c in the client (Perl 
Test Framework) and 1.0.2d in the server.
