Move from HTML 3.2 into the brave new world of CSS. Add the new project
logo and a date to the announcement.
So, I was bold and checked in a facelift to the whole page when I added
the new logo. It needed the navy-colored <div> behind the logo to work
anyway, and I figured we don't need to be held back by HTML 3.2 anymore.
Rich also suggested adding a date to the page, which I thought was a
good idea.
