We only do so after allowing 24 hours for the mirrors to catch up
(so the files can be available from our proxy election logic) and we
have an Announcement just about ready to be launched.

Sorry for any holdup! Like 2.4.32, anything that is voted up and then
pushed to the mirrors is an official release that you can grab, even
if there are small snags that cause us some delay.
