Nice! I've been quite short on time the last few months with various 
work distractions as well. From my side, I'd like to see a 2.5.x release 
series to prepare for 2.6, there are various trunk improvements which 
are hard/impossible to backport to 2.4.x and it would be good to get 
them out there.

Moving to C11 could be interesting, also requiring a OpenSSL 3+ 
baseline?
