It appears that as part of the repo transfer settings also changed to route these notifications to dev@ whereas before they would go to commits@
Unless this was intentional I would suggest to file an INFRA ticket to return to previous settings. Subscribers on this list may not expect or appreciate the extra traffic and it has lead to subscriber loss in other projects. Thomas
