Dear Mentors, As per release process followed by Beam/Flink community, it looks like one of the steps is to update reporter.apache.org with the new version published. I am not sure if this is applicable for incubating projects. Moreover, only IPMC members can perform this step (See https://beam.apache.org/contribute/release-guide/#recordkeeping-with-asf). If this needs to be done, can one of you report the release of 0.5.0-incubating.
