+1 on the roles and responsibilities definition. I personally think this brings structure and clarity to different tracks. It would be interesting to hear other's thoughts on this and on ideas on scaling different tracks. We have grown quite a bit as a community this year. I found myself personally, spread thin amongst too many roles and often prioritizing for the short term over long term. Given we all have limited time/resources, I think it may be pragmatic to assume not all of us have time for all the roles. We need to have some structure for us to know where we lack and where we are doing okay.
