   - Backend: in memory 
   - OS: xx CPUs, xx G RAM, Centos 7.x 
   - Data Size:  xx vertices, xx edges <!-- (like 1000W 点, 9000W 边) -->
   
   
   ### Expected & Actual behavior (期望与实际表现)
   
   When I execute the query `g.E().inV().inE('teach')` without 
HugeVertexStepStrategy, it returns an empty set, instead of the expected result 
set. However, we can get the correct result when executing the query 
`g.E().inV()` without HugeVertexStepStrategy.
   
   ```
   gremlin> g.withoutStrategies(HugeVertexStepStrategy).E().inV().inE('teach')
   // actual result
   {}
   // expected result
