   Here is the result of this change in table metadata:
   ```
   {
     "partition-spec" : [ ... ],
     "default-spec-id" : 5,
     "partition-specs" : [ {
       "spec-id" : 5,
       "fields" : [ ... ]
     } ],
     ...
   }
   ```
