Thanks so much Russell for driving this. I just checked https://iceberg.apache.org/releases/ and it looks like the 1.7 release info is missing from there: Currently it still says "The latest version of Iceberg is 1.6.1 <https://github.com/apache/iceberg/releases/tag/apache-iceberg-1.6.1>."
