Apologies! I see Kevin updated this in the release script and docs already, in 
https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/11526. (The email template now points to 
https://downloads.apache.org/iceberg/KEYS.)

Here's a PR to merge this to 1.7.x in case we have another patch release:
