I verified the following on macOS (arm64), Python 3.12.12:


   - Download links are valid
   - Checksums and signatures (SHA-512 + GPG) - GPG signature good (signed
   by Kevin Liu <[email protected]>)
   - LICENSE/NOTICE files exist
   - No unexpected binary files
   - All source files have ASF headers (Apache RAT 0.17)
   - Can compile from source
   - Built and tested from source
