Based on the discussions on the last community sync, I tried to squash the requirements and add them to the AGENTS.md, so we at least try to force the agents to behave better.
I split the PR in 3 main parts: - Testing requirements: https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/18166 - Comment and javadoc requirements: https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/18167 - AI disclosure and usage: https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/18168 I'm a bit hesitant about the last - as it seems like encouraging generating PRs by AI, but the AGENTS.md already contains wording for it, so I decided to keep.
