Hello team, While learning latest OpenAPI spec used by Apache Iceberg, I noticed we are still using `example` instead of `examples` for 3.1.x spec version.
Per https://learn.openapis.org/upgrading/v3.0-to-v3.1.html#change-schema-example-to-examples, singular example should be replace with array examples in 3.1.x. The example is still valid (but deprecated). I had raised https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/18682 to address this issue. Please take a look. Thanks, Yong
